For our EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Onshore office, we are looking for a dedicated and technically strong Tender and Construction Manager. The position is placed in the sales team within the EMEA Project Management department.

Work Assignments

As a Tender and Construction Manager you will be responsible for technical sales support, i.e. from the first tender to the completion of the project.

More specifically, your work assignments will cover:

• Planning of turbine installations including transport and crane services

• Calculating installation costs

• Handling time schedules

• Tendering transport and crane services

• Selecting transportation and crane subcontractors

• Supporting contract negotiations with subcontractors

• Conducting route and site surveys

• Assisting in civil design of sites

In this position some travel activities within EMEA countries are to be expected.

Your Profile

You have a background as a mechanical engineer or as a constructor, machine technician or craftsman combined with a relevant education. Ideally, you are already working in the wind industry or you have a general interest in wind power. As a person you are responsible, open minded and proactive, and you understand the importance of good customer service. You possess good English skills both orally and in writing and you are able to communicate at all levels in the organization. Preferably, you are familiar with MS Office and/or Primavera.
