Right now we are looking for Application Outsourcing Delivery Leads to our Services workforce in Jutland (trekantsområdet) as well as in Copenhagen.

Accenture's Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on Accenture outsourcing engagements.These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR.We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our client move ahead of the competition.

Within Application Outsourcing (AO), Accenture offers solutions to help clients maintain, operate and improve their business applications. Our services include production support, application maintenance, small-scale enhancements and service management-structured to support our clients' needs. We have the global scale and experience to provide an application management service that helps our clients to achieve high performance.

As AO Delivery Lead your responsibility areas will be:

Delivery Management:

• Responsible for planning and executing complex AO projects (on-site and offshore)
• In charge of AO operations
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Manage client expectations
• Manage subcontractors
• Quality assure deliveries
• Identify and manage issues and risks
• Manage project financials
• Participate in sales activities

People Development and Management:

• Project management
• Line management
• Manage and develop employee and team and competency
• Act as a coach and create a high performing project organization
• Foster new talent
• Experience as delivery lead at larger outsourcing units - preferably with Application Maintenance
• 8-10 years experience with and proven success as project manager at large implementation projects
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills - and experience with line management
• Master degree e.g. within Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Ability to travel

Language:

• You are fluent in English as well as in one of the following languages: Danish, Swedish, Norwegian
